1. Who we are#

We are Skifskyi Step Limited Liability Company (hereinafter — "Skifskyi Step LLC" or "we"), the managing company of Chervonohrad Industrial Park.

When processing personal data on the website https://chervonohrad.volia-agrifood.com/, we act as the personal data controller.

More information about us is set out in section 7.

2. Processing of personal data#

On the website https://chervonohrad.volia-agrifood.com/ you are a user.

It is important to us that you understand how and why we process the data. In the table below we have described each type of personal data according to the following structure: purpose of processing, list of personal data, lawful ground for processing of data.

Important. For the operation of the website we need all of the personal data that we request from you. Without this personal data we will not be able to provide you with these services.

We process your personal data solely on the grounds set out in Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 (hereinafter — the "Law"). Where consent is the ground — you may withdraw it at any time by sending a request to info@volia-agrifood.com; the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

2.1. Submitting an information enquiry through the feedback form#

Purpose of processing: Consideration and qualification of the enquiry received from the user, with the provision of a response.

List of personal data:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Name of the company represented by the user

Lawful ground: Activities prior to the conclusion of a deal, at the request of the personal data subject (Article 11(1)(3) of the Law).

Purpose of processing: Sending marketing communications about project news and partner offers.

Lawful ground: Consent of the personal data subject (Article 11(1)(1) of the Law), given by reviewing this Notice and submitting the feedback form.

2.2. Cookies and analytical technologies#

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure basic functionality, to analyse traffic and to improve user experience. We use Google Analytics to collect statistical data received in pseudonymised form. You may opt out of cookies through your browser settings.

2.3. Automated decision-making#

We do not take decisions which produce legal consequences for you on the sole basis of automated processing of personal data.

3. Transfer of data to third persons#

We transfer your personal data to third persons so that you can use the features of the website https://chervonohrad.volia-agrifood.com/.

Providers of email and SMS distribution services (professional platforms ensuring the technical dispatch of messages) — receive phone number and email address for the technical dispatch of informational and marketing communications about project news.

Project partners — residents of the Industrial Park Chervonohrad, investors, grant providers and other participants of the project ecosystem — receive first and last name, phone number, email address and name of the company for the dispatch of marketing and informational communications about the activities of the project, its partners and partner offers.

Google Analytics — receives pseudonymised data on your use of the website for the purpose of obtaining statistics and analytics, as well as for the improvement of user experience and the configuration of advertising campaigns.

Service providers — we transfer personal data where this is necessary or proportionate to the service rendered to us (for the provision of services on the processing or storage of information or other services — legal, accounting, etc.).

Important. You may obtain an up-to-date list of specific processors and project partners by sending a request to info@volia-agrifood.com.

3.1. Cross-border transfer of personal data#

Some of our processors are located outside Ukraine:

• Hostinger International Ltd (Republic of Lithuania, European Union) — hosting provider. The EU belongs to countries that ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data.
• Google LLC (United States of America) — provider of Google Analytics. The transfer is carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Transfer of personal data to other jurisdictions shall be carried out only subject to compliance with the requirements of Article 29 of the Law.

4. Storage and deletion of personal data#

We store your personal data on the basis of the principle "store no longer than necessary".

The storage period is determined taking into account the purpose of processing and the requirements of the legislation:

• personal data obtained through the feedback form are stored until the consideration of the enquiry has been completed and for a reasonable period thereafter;
• data processed on the basis of your consent (in particular, for marketing purposes) are stored until you withdraw your consent;
• data which we are obliged to store in accordance with tax, accounting and other legislation are stored for the periods established by the relevant regulatory acts.

We may store your personal data for longer where this is required for compliance with the legislation.

Where the storage period for personal data has expired, we shall delete or anonymise them.

5. Security of personal data#

In order to ensure the protection of your personal data, we take organisational and technical measures in accordance with Article 24 of the Law, including:

• we use the cloud infrastructure of Hostinger, where user data are stored in encrypted form;
• data are transferred solely through secure SSL/TLS connections;
• access to personal data is granted exclusively to authorised employees on the basis of signed non-disclosure undertakings;
• logging of actions with the data and regular backup copying are carried out;
• an internal security incident response procedure is in place.

In the event of detection of a leak, unauthorised access or any other breach of the security of personal data, we shall promptly notify you and the relevant authorities in accordance with the requirements of the Law.

6. Your rights#

As a personal data subject, you have the right to:

• know about the sources of collection and the location of the data, the purpose of their processing and who processes them, and how to obtain access to the data;
• have personal access to the data in the form in which they are processed;
• ask whether the data are being processed and receive a response;
• object to the processing of the data, if you consider it to be unlawful;
• demand the change and deletion of the data if, in your opinion, they are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
• have the data protected against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage;
• lodge complaints with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the court, and use other legal remedies;
• introduce reservations and limitations with regard to the processing of the data when granting consent;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
• be protected from an automated decision which has legal consequences for you.

This Privacy Notice has been developed in accordance with:

• the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 (as in force);
• the Constitution of Ukraine and the Civil Code of Ukraine, as regards the right to non-interference in private life;
• the Council of Europe Convention No. 108 for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and its Additional Protocol;
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) — to the extent that we process data of persons located in the EU.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our processing activities or legal requirements.
